So, I haven’t really spent any notable amount of time in Connecticut but from what I hear, there are a lot of posh people with a lot of old money and a lot of plaid. This outfit makes me feel like I have all of those things. I think the short length and flowy-ness of the dress keep it from being too serious though and the boots give it a little spice.
