My New Year's Eve was actually spent sitting on the floor in a circle at a friend's place (fantastic time might I add) but, had I gone out, this was what I would have worn. I love the texture the mesh and rhinestones add. The black bra and skirt underneath add another layer of visual interest that a simple slip would not. The red jacket adds a little color and the length plays beautifully with the dress.
